SEEKING: EXCEPTIONAL NEW CEO
The HotHouse Board seek an energetic and resourceful Chief Executive Officer (CEO) during a pivotal moment in its 26-year history as the company seeks to expand its capacity and footprint to deliver diverse, Australian theatrical experiences.
Reporting to the Board, the CEO is a strong advocate for the organisation, for theatre, and for cultural experiences in the Border region, and an active, high-profile participant in Australia’s vibrant arts sector.
The CEO is responsible for oversight of all key operational functions of the organisation: setting the strategic and financial objectives of HotHouse, organisational stakeholder management, building brand, profile, partnerships and audience engagement.
This important leadership role is ultimately responsible for the performance, management and reputation of the company.
In collaboration with the Artistic Director and other direct reports, the CEO supports, and empowers the Board, a small mighty team of nine and artists to realise the purpose, values and vision of HotHouse.

LOCATION AND EMPLOYMENT ARRANGEMENTS
This is a full time position located in Albury Wodonga, on the border of NSW and Victoria.
A negotiated three-year contract is on offer with the opportunity to extend by mutual agreement. One-off relocation contribution is available should it be required.
