HotHouse Theatre in association with ATYP Generator Program presents a LaunchPad Emerging Ensemble production

We have not been this deep in the woods before, Father.
We have walked for hours Father. We do not know where we are anymore.

What starts as a tale inspired by European folklore, grows into an adventure story led by three heroines.

Triplets Albienne, Beatrix and Carmen embark on three different voyages. Taking them to the bottom of the ocean, the deep heart of the forest, across battlegrounds, mountains, cities and around the world and back again- driven by their determination to be whole again.

This Girl Laughs, This Girl Cries and This Girl Does Nothing by Finegan Kruckemeyer, speaks to the journey of discovering and rediscovering who you are as you overcome the trials of life.

Contemporary and humorous with the quintessential drop of darkness needed of all fairy tales; the LaunchPad Emerging Ensemble supported by director Clancy Hauser, bring their own interpretation to this magical work.

HotHouse Theatre’s LaunchPad Emerging Ensemble is a term-based, by-audition drama program focused on the skills development of emerging performers, preparing them to launch toward their chosen disciplines.
